1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between kiss711 ("we", "us", "Platform") and any individual ("User", "you") who registers an account, makes a deposit, or uses any of the services provided on the kiss711 website.

2 Eligibility and Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kiss711 platform are subject to the minimum limits and verification processes established to ensure the security of user funds.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all supported payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Standard withdrawal time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after verification is approved
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name

Kiss711 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until bonus wagering requirements are fully met, or until account security checks are completed in line with licensing requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by kiss711 are subject to specific wagering requirements and set time periods. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the bonus being cancelled without compensation.

The kiss711 welcome bonus gives an additional 200% up to a maximum of RM888 on the first deposit. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

• First example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering required RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Second example: deposit RM1,000 → bonus RM888 → balance RM1,888 → wagering required RM888 × 15 = RM13,320
• Bonuses cannot be used together with other promotional offers unless specifically stated
• Kiss711 reserves the right to change, suspend, or end any promotion without prior notice

6 Game Rules

All games available at kiss711 — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and Teen Patti — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in the help section of each game.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical fault has occurred
• Any software errors or inaccurate displays during a game will be resolved based on valid server records
• Kiss711 reserves the right to void bets placed during a system outage or technical fault
• Bets placed using funds obtained unlawfully or through fraud will be cancelled

7 Permitted User Conduct

• Prohibited: sharing, lending, or renting your account to another party

• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment processors
• Any damage to a user's device or loss of user data

Our liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit made before the claim arose, unless applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal through the normal procedure once a security review is completed.

Kiss711 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or financial misconduct
